Being on a farm and having plenty of space means we are lucky to be able to home a variety of animals, which pupils are actively engaged in looking after, learning not only how to physically care for them - feeding, cleaning out and exercising them, but understanding their health and behaviour too.  Caring for animals can be very therapeutic and they are a big part of school life on the farm.
