At the end of last term, a meeting was held here at The Green Room with our Trustees, so we decided to treat our guests to a choice of Mocktails (non alcoholic cocktails) from a specially designed menu, served by our students, who were dressed smartly as waiters. They did a great job applying everything they have learnt in their Skilled For Life Hospitality and Catering unit and conducted themselves with professionalism and enthusiasm.
